Win98 Converting Solution From FM4 to FM5

I have FM Developed 4.0v3. and my solutions will not convert propertly to FMP5v3. I can create a new solution in FM5.0v3 and everything works fine. When I convert my old FM4 solutions they will crash when I print and some scripts will cause a crash. This makes my solutions totaly unsable in FM5v3. Is there a fix to the conversion problem?

You might try reinstalling FMv5.

Not that I have any brilliant thesis behind this; it's just a thought.

I ran into a few similar problems when converting a while back but on the MacOS. If you haven't already make sure you're vs 4 files were closed properly before you convert them. I had converted some files that had not been closed properly and had to trash them and start over. If you have done that then try the Recover command on the newly converted files. I have run across some wierdness in vs 5 files and this seems to have solved the problem.
