Activation 50040 error

Suddenly FM will not load. I get the general activation error 50040 when I try to start the program. I removed and re-installed FM with the license key, but I still get the same message. FM won't run. It has been working ok for the last year or so. The problem just appeared out of nowhere. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you need to go the next step, and repair your system, and or contact customer support.
