I back up my databases every day using the backup function on the server. For the last two days I've been getting the following mesage:

FileMaker Server 12.0.1.178 on FM12 Server reported the following event:

2013-06-02 23:00:00.414 -0400   Error   685     FM12 Server     Error occurred while deleting backup folder "filewin:/C:/Program Files/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/Data/Backups/Daily_11PM_2013-05-26_2300/", some files or folders could not be deleted. (20402)
 

Can anyone help me with this. Thanks. Mike

Low on disk space?

make sure that nothing else has a lock on the folders (indexing, virus scanning,...)
