It seems that printing scripts (with the page setup restore function) from 5 does not transfer well into 5.5. All my layouts that were automatically printing are now printing in the portrait orientation rather than what I had specified earlier. Has anyone run into this? This is going to be a pain for me if there is no resolution - I have programmed many many forms in this dbase and will have to reset these settings again script by script. Any suggestions?

Next time, create sub-scripts that do the Page Setup steps -- you might only need two or three for the whole solution -- and call these in any main scripts that need it. If you ever need to change the page setup it's just a matter of changing the two or three sub-scripts, not the whole lot.

Thanks all!! That's good advice that I am learning a little bit the hard way. I can make these changes w/o a problem. My other question is this then - when I make the changes to the page setups, how will that affect any of my other users that have FMP 5?
