Tmp file in filemaker database directory

I keep noticing a file popping up in my filemaker directories it is titled oo543C.tmp is this normal? I am only asking out of interest because I do not understand what it is.

Excuse the (massive) bump but I have seen this as well and would love to know what it is and why it is.
