CloudMail stopped sending

Hi, 
I'm using CloudMail Enterprise. In a testing environment is all working great, but when I try to send it to my 40000 contacts I receive this error:

I'm sending it to 40000 customers. After 9200 sent mails, I received this error.
I need to send it asap. can you help me with this issue?
