Hi,

Is there any way to run FM scripts automatically at certain times of a day?

To be more specific, we want to import data from a text file which is updated

continuously. we want to have a process running to check the text file once

every hour and import new records into FM. The OS is Windows NT.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen 5!

But neither that fact, nor the fact that "emme" is new excuses this behavior. I mean, come on, already! It doesn't take a lot of brains to know that you've posted something. Multiple posts are just obnoxious.

It's worse when someone who has posted over 100 messages does this (and there's one floating around on the boards now, unless it was removed in the past three hours), but still...

Waves-In-Motion, used to have a plug-in that would let your run scripts schedule. Check their web site to see if they still sell it.

Sorry. I did not intend to offend anyone. I posted this question 4 times to 4 related forums (danjacoby, I don't

know where you saw the 5th one, but it definitely not by

me). I thought that this way it could reach more experts.

anyway, I am very sorry if it bothered anyone.

thank you to hokeroy for your help.
