Disappearing Windows on Windows

This was an issue in FM7, but it seems still an issue. The issue is that windows disappear from the "Window" menu if you navigate to different filemaker database windows. Is anyone else seeing this? I reported this under version 7 to filemaker.

I see this a lot. On windows anyway. It allways occurs when I don't close the window, but minize it of do some other form of resizing.
