Need a copy of FMP5.5 Server

Hello, I am the Filemaker contractor for a business that has used Filemaker for years. They have a huge investment in scripts, layouts, and plugins all based on FMP version 5/6.

We need to upgrade our server from FMP 5.0 Server to FMP 5.5 Server. (see below) Filemaker seems to have flushed all copies of both the full and the upgrade versions of FMP 5.5 Server from the retail chain. I am hoping someone out there will have a copy that they can sell us. Ideally, it would be an unopened copy so that no EULA violations would occur.

Any pointers about where to find a copy would be much appreciated.

The background for the curious...

Ten months ago, we upgraded all the client machines to OSX running FMP 6 but left the server on OS9 to limit the dangers of system failure/corruption. (It was enough just to get all the MSWord, email, and graphics packages updated)

That all went fine. Now we would like to upgrade to an OSX server but come to discover that FMP Server 5.0 does not run native in OSX. Running it under Classic seems counter productive!

If you call FileMaker they will probably sell you a copy of server 8 and downgrade it to server 5.5 - that way if you migrate you will already have 8 too. : hope this helps...
