Filtered Portals on IWP stopped working after Upgrading to FM10

I have 2 separate databases that is hosted on FMServerAdv 9 and IWP is enabled on both the database. Prior to upgrading, my filtered portals are working fine. The field that I used to filter the portal is in db1 and the portal is linked to db2. But after upgrading to server advanced 10, the portals doesn't show anything, the fields are blank, but it only happens on IWP. If I use the client FMProA10 everything is ok. At first, I thought the new version does not open the DB2 automatically when you log in. But when I checked the server, the user is logged in to both db.
