ODBC error = 00000

I came across this article in the KB: 7071

Miscellaneous Behavior Changes in FileMaker Pro 10

It has some interesting content: in particular I was interested in the Get( LastODBCError )

In FM9 and before, when the import was all good, the error returned was "00000", but it seems now with FM10 that the result is "empty". Anyone else has noticed this? or is it documented somewhere?
