Is it possible to call a FileMaker script from a web viewer?

This would be a controlled HTML file, either local or hosted. A button in the HTML file would need to call a script and possibly pass a parameter or two.

No - at least not without a plugin.

It couldn't call a script on a local FileMaker file, but it could be linked to url that calls a server-side script to a file that is hosted and is web published.
