Not able access WebDirect over WAN . Works fine over LAN

I have forwarded ports 80,443,5003 and i have checked to see if they are open .

 

FM server 13 is updated to the latest version .  

 

 

I have a static IP also.

 

 

 

FM Go and FM Pro (Remote access from WAN) is working fine

If the situation is like you describe, it sounds like something is wrong.

However, I am pretty sure that either the port forwarding is not correct or you have entered a wrong address.
