Hi, I have a portal with five fields - 3 text, 1 date, 1 number; the first row displays all five fields correctly and the following rows display only the text fields.

Any ideas as to what I'm missing here?

With that little information, we can only guess. Make sure all the fields from the child table are placed entirely within the first portal row.

In actual fact, it has resolved on its own and I suspect that it may have been a 'refresh' issue of some sort
