FM Direct Not Rendering Correctly

When I look at my database in web direct it is not rich in colors or text. What setting am I missing? (see attachments)

I've tried mutilple browsers on both mac and windows. It actuially flashes the correct page then reverts to the bad one.

Pay particular to what the resources say about redundant data in the CSS due to improper management of styles.
