I can't get FM 14 Advanced to scroll on my Windows 10 machine. Not on a table or form in either layout or browse mode.  It's as if the mouse wheel wasn't there.  The scroll bars work when I grab them.

 The scroll function works on all other programs, including FM 8.5.  

Any clues?
