Define Dollar Field?

Is there a way to define a field as a "Dollar" field? I need to display no more than 2 decimal places and have a Dollar Sign automatically display before the numbers. How do I do this?

In layout mode, select the number field, and choose Format>Number. You'll see options for Currency with 2 decimals.
