So what's the deal with FileMaker 11 plugin development? I don't see the framework on the FileMaker 11 Advanced installer. I heard something about a change in licensing for plugin development but have seen no documentation yet.

Well, I see the plugin files are openly available here - but still no documentation that I can find.
