Quickfind search results issue

Using the Perform Quickfind Script step, does not seem to produce a Get(LastError). It just returns 0. Doing a quickfind that finds nothing, also does not return a FoundCount of 0.

What I want to do is a simple QuickFind in a script, and if the result return no records allow you to rerun the script via customized dialog box. I am doing this all with the toolbar off, thus it is all done with script steps.
