Import Dialogue to Indicate 1st Record is Data is Missing in FM12

Having done some testing with a solution converted to 12, I've started to see that I wasn't getting the 1st record under my scripts to import from .csv files. I looked back at how 11 was set up for the import and found the dialogue that asks if the 1st row is data or not. In 11 and before, you could check one or the other.

Then I looked for this dialogue in the same import scripts under 12 and could not find the dialogue. In its absence, FM12 always treats the 1st record as a label, and not data.

Is this just an outright bug, or is there some other way the imports have to be configured in FM12?
