FM 13 ODBC with Endicia but cannot see fields

I'm connecting the Endicia softare via ODBC to FM 13. 
I have installed the ODBC drivers, both 32bit and 64bit. The endicia software can see and select the FileMaker Server from the data source, it can also see and select any of the tables on the database, but the field drop down appears blank.

Has anyone else had this problem or know why its doing tihs?

I'm on windows 7 64 bit and the Server is Windows 2012 R2

Use the same DSN and make a connection from Excel, see if you can see the fields then.  If you can then the issue is on the part of Endicia.
