IWP Portal and FM6

I'm trying to convert an FM6 layout using IWP. Everything seems to work fine except the portals I have on the layout. They won't allow new rows??? It seems to only recognize entry into the first row??? How do I get the portal to work properly using IWP in FM6???

Eventually we'll convert our entire environment over to 7 and the layout seems to work fine using FM7 but for now I need to try and get the portals to work in FM6. I'd rather not invest the effort into learning CDML since it's going away with 7 if I can avoid it. I just need to get this one layout working properly on the web so any help is appreciated.
