making changes online?

I cant seem to be able to make any changes on any of the fields. I dont have restrictions whatsoever. I tried in both Form view and Table view and no dice on either one. Any suggestions?

Also, when I try to make a new record I get an error message saying "Access Restriction: You do not have access privileges to perform the action: new". Well I put no restrictions, I got rid of all groups and passwords yet I am still getting this problem.
