For some reason, I cannot access any of the files I have published with instant Web publishing. When I run a local check with the address 127...etc the files are shown as published. When I try and access the files from a remote location, I consistently get pager cannot be displayed. The files are open, I am running Internet Explorer version 6. My Internet connection is working fine in all respects. I had a friend publish the same file and could not log onto his file either. Perhaps I am not covering the basics? I have allowed all user access in my settings and I have not restricted IP addresses as yet.

Are you going through a firewall or a router? If so, you will have to configure them to allow outside access to IWP. It's also possible that your Internet service provider is blocking access. Some ISP's don't like their customers to host web pages.

Check using www.canyouseeme.org if your ports 80, 591, and 5003 are open for TCP and UDP traffic. If they are not, open them in your router, if that is what you use.
