August 6, 200520 yr FMI has limited the list view of IWP to show a limited number of records at a time. (Performance would lag if you tried to return, say 5000 records on to one web page) It used to be 5, but they've updated the web publishing engine for both FMP and FMSA, so it shows 25 now. The portal workaround has been described previously in this forum.... do a search on 5-record limit and portal...

August 9, 200520 yr If you update the web publishing engine, you'll get 25 instead of 5. FMI changed the behavior of IWP in the update...
