The last 2 databases I've posted seem to have permission or scripting problems. I created on a standalone, put it on the FM 7 with Server Advanced--go to a browser that has other databases created the same way using the same opening scripts, and it will not allow users to enter information. I've given guest "full access" in privileges area and still have problems.

When opening the file remotely through the FM7 client, it gives me an error message that the file is "not modifiable"--even though I've entered the "administrator" username and password.

I am stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not really an IWP question, but the answer is probably that you need to check the permissions on the file. The owner should be fmserver, and the group should be fmsadmin.
