I'm having some problems with IWP and images. I've not delved into this area much before, so I may be missing something obvious. I've had a layout displaying correctly on IWP for some time, but all of a sudden images that are 'embedded' on the layout are not showing up on IWP. When viewed on Safari I get the 'square blue box with a question mark' symbol of a missing image, and when viewed on Firefox there is nothing at all. The strange thing is that it was working fine earlier today, and to the best of my knowledge I've not changed anything at all!

I've been testing it to try to figure it out, and have discovered that if I add another image (either as part of the layout or as a container field) they also don't display, but container fields that have been there for some time are displaying correctly. What's going on?

Has anybody else come across this before?

P.S - Should have said that the layout is set to display in Table Mode, and the images are in the Header. I've just noticed that if I change the view mode to List or Form then the images re-appear... Any clues?

Empty Safari's cache and try again. Anytime a browser exhibits strange behavior in IWP, empty its caches. Some browsers have to be quit after flushing the cache because they don't empty anything cached in memory. Internet Exploder in Windows is one that has to be quit.

Thank you for the suggestion, I've tried that and while it did help in some cases, it didn't with regards to using Table view on a layout that is viewed with IWP. The images still don't show. Table view seems to exhibit other strange behaviour in IWP as well. I have a checkbox that is also a button which runs a script that, as well as toggling the check box, performs other tasks. In table view in IWP the script doesn't run, it just toggles the check box.

There are many interesting quirks to IWP, have they been documented anywhere?
