Instant Web Publishing and Portals

I'm having a problem with Instant Web Publishing (FileMaker Pro v8)

I'm using one layout that has a portal to get data from a related table. Locally, everything works perfectly, but when I access the database thru IWP, the portal data does not show up. The lines are there, but no data at all shows.

Also, I have a couple calculated fields that work fine locally, but will not show as being calculated in IWP. However, When you switch back over to look at it locally, the calculations are there.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Is the data in another file? If so does the user have access to it? Is IWP turned on for the connected files?

Same goes for your calculations, do they reference another file?

If I remeber correctly, you need to have IWP turned on for every file that you reference also.

It's one file, with two tables.... I'm logged on with Admin which has full priviledges

I can access the other table with it's own layout thru IWP, but not when going thru a portal

Hopefully this makes sense...

The only thing I can think of is that maybe your relationship is based on a global value that hasn't been set for the IWP client.

I don't have the Global value set for any of the fields..
