Open new browser window ?

Is threre any way to open a new browser window independent from IWP ?. I know this can be done with right click, but I cannot get this as a script

the Open URL script step will spawn a new browser window.

Yes, but not to an external link, and not in a new window.

I know this works from FM , but not in a script in web brrowser

It does work in IWP, but the user cannot have popup blocking enabled in the browser.
