Download the File Using URL

When i use the URL Script Step in the IWP to download the file.Then on the Filemake 8 Advance it work corectly. But on the Interet Explorer it splash the link and close. The URL is correct, if it is pasted in IE directly than it work, can any one Help me, it is very urgent.
