Web publishing with exisiting sites on OSX Server

My problem is that I run OSX Server 10.4.4 with 3 web domains setup only so that users can check their email via webmail. There currently is no default web site configured. I'm being told by FileMaker that they don't support web publishing on server if the web config has been changed at all. I personally find this completely ridiculous, but whatever. One of the techs said it is possible but they don't support it and that I might be able to find the answer on this forum. I've search the forum and haven't found an answer, but if I missed it, I apologize and would like a pointer to the solution. Otherwise, if anyone can help me get FileMaker web publishing setup on my server, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
