Unknown Error 102-IWP

I publish several databases using IWP (FM Unlimited 6.0) and in one of them I keep getting an error 102 when attempting to save a new record over the web. I created the new database by coping a previous one and modifying it slightly. This is something I do all the time. I am not missing any fields in my form--I've double checked twice! Any suggestions? Thank you!

IWP or custom web publishing?

Error 102 = field missing, isn't it? Check the layout specified by the -Lay tag.

I'm using IWP, not CWP, and yes error 102 means field missing, I've added some new fields, and I've checked access privileges and everything
