Hi Guys,

Due to the lack of "Preview Mode" my reports look very unprofessional (due to the lack of sliding)when viewed using IWP.

So just wondering if anyones tried the following method. Im thinking of creating an static page, where FileMaker will export the records into a preformatted html page. Now IWP doesn't support Export, so I was thinking of using a plugin like Troi Activator to help me achieve my goal.

The logic is as follows ???

1)IWP user will click on preview button.

2)IWP machine sends record keys/info to hostmachine which is running FMP 8.

3)Troi Activator Listening for requests. Receives information, so creates foundset in file and exports data to html page OR creates a pdf(might be quicker in short run).

4) The Page name is transferred back to IPW user.

What are your thoughts?
