Add record in portal not working in IWP

I have a portal defined with 3 fields and 6 rows. When I add the master record, the portal first row is available. After I enter data into the third field of the portal's first row and press tab, instead of going to the next (second) portal row (does this in the desktop version), the cursor jumps out of the portal. I am unable to create another row (record) in the portal. This only happens in IWP.

I have provided a test so you can see what I am stating at:

http://213.84.24.196:5900/

select test

logon as: admin (no password)

follow directions on layout (very simple)
