IWP dead with 7.0v3

Wix XP, just updated to 7.0v3 from 7.0v1. Suddenly, when I attempt to turn on IWP, one of two things happen:

(a) I receive the message "Filemaker cannot share ... because IWP could not be started"

OR

(:) the program chokes and quits.

Ideas?

From memory there was a separate IWP update, have you installed that as well?
