I need to limit the number of reservations

per show and have the FORM kick back a message

sold out... I believe it's an FPM if statement

however I dont know the wording

IE: Seat limit is 150... so if someone books a show that is over the limit I want a page or message to pop up

I had a look at your site, verrrrry nice!

From a user interface perspective (and as a potential customer) I'd prefer that sold-out shows (and past shows) NOT be offered to me in the first place. By that I mean, if the Miles Davis show is sold out then it shouldn't appear in the list.

Without knowing your setup, perhaps this could be done using a value list based on a field, the field being a calculation that is null if the count is over 150. That would solve your problem by preventing it!
