I have not heard of that message. I would suggest reinstalling FM Unlimited in a vanilla config. That way you have only the required services running and fewer things that could cause a problem.

FM has an article that explains how to create a vanilla profile: http://www.filemaker.com/support/techinfo.html Article number 104291.

Let me know if you still run into the problem after reinstalling.
