I am trying to repurpose an old fp3 database for the web with FileMaker Pro 5 to be able to view records and make changes. Nothing to earth shattering. However in versions 3 and 4 I am able to view any data sent web browser, but it gives me an error when I try to search.

With FileMaker Pro 5 it will only display Bullets instead of any data through the web companion, and I cannot search the data at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using custom or instant web publishing?

The files would have automagically been converted the moment FMP 5 opened them.

Did you convert the FMP 3 & 4 files to FMPro 5 files? I would assume you did, but we all know about "assume", so I had to ask.
