admin console- unexpected error

I am using filemaker server/web publishing 8.04. Everything was working fine with the IWP until recently. Now every time I go in to the admin console, anything I do says "an unexpected error has occurred." I have tried several times to restart the web publishing engine as well as the entire computer. We had a power outage here last week and I am not sure if it is tied to that but I can't change anything in the web console. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
