Web Companion problems

I'm new to the world of Filemaker and I've come across an annoying problem. I hope you guys can help. We host a DB using Filemaker server 5 and the Filemaker Pro 5 web companion on a NT server. Every morning when I come to work Filemaker Pro is not hosting the file, the program will be up but nothing is up on the screen and I can

You're running the FMP server and FMP Unlimited with the Web Companion on separate machines, right?

They are on the same server but I did try it separated and it had the same out come.

I was having the same problem and found that in the FMServer setup I had a timeout setting for disconnecting users after remaining idle for a period of time...
