I have made my first web site with Home Page and searching a Filemaker DB. I placed site in web folder. I would now like to have a second database accessible to the same site. ie. Student information DB and a Timetable DB. Can this be done and how do I do it?

Put your current custon html format fiels into a directory/folder inside the Web Folder. Put any additional "sites" into their own separate folders in the Web folder, then access them by using the folder name in the url: http://servername.com/folder1/ etc
