conflict with apache in os x

Hello. I just installed 5.5 for os x and enabled web companion. I

changed the default port, poked around for a while, and then later

tried to restart apache (which I had turned off, figuring that web

companion would want port 80 to begin with). Apache won't start.

Turned web companion off. Restarted. No luck. Apache won't start

(from CLI or GUI). Reinstalled Apache. No luck.

The manual says FMP makes some configuration changes when web comp.

is enabled for the first time. Any idea what they are?

I'm running both 5.5 and Apache OK. I allowed FM to change access privilages for ports below 1024, however I am using port 1154. I haven't done much testing though, will try some more this weekend.

All the best.

Garry
