Web Companion 5.5; Find results in table view has max=25 so only 25 record list

Featured Replies

I realize everyone in here is using custom web pages to get around the short comings of Web Companion. Be sure I will do that next time but this time I need to do this.

Can I change the default value of -max=25 in Find results to -max=all ?

I want the list of records that comes up in Table view to be greater than 25.

Maybe a variable in systemwebcompn.fmx to change the default value -max=25 to -max=all ?

This is strictly a Web Companion question I don't want a work around.

Instant Web Publishing - wysiwyg. You are not in control of your machine. Tooooooo bad.

I'm not convinced that there are no options, you don't make very far if you have an attitude like that. Refuse to lose.

I am however convinced that Keith does not know, so thanks for your reply. Does anyone have something constructive to add?

system/webcompn.fmx is the Web Companion based on, Filemaker gives you this file to update Web Companion. However there must be some install process because Web Companion can run when it does not even exist. I'm trying to find out when that file is read because I think I've found the settings that control all the default values of Web Companion.

So try it, and *please* post your results.

And don't go too hard on our Keith... wink.gif" border="0
