Unable to access WPE/Administration Console

We have been using FileMaker Server 8 Advanced and the just recently installed the Web Publishing Engine to utilize the Instant Web Publishing. However, when attempting to access the Administration Console via http://xx.xx.xx.xx/fmi/config, receiving:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at xx.xx.xx.xx Port 16080

So, technically have never seen the Administration Console to even configure it for the first time.

When going to the default iwp home page located at: http://xx.xx.xx.xx:16080/fmi/iwp/res/iwp_home.html we get a list of db's that are theoretically IWP enabled, but when clicking on any of them, identifies "Database Not Available".

Have attempted uninstall/reinstall of the Web Publishing Engine with no success. (Can outline steps if needed.)

Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks

Hmmm, Have you tried a full FMSA re-install and config by the manual? Are you running a supported version of Apache - Isn't 2.0 out at this stage?

Sorry I'd give you more, but I don't spend a lot of time with Mac servers :B

Will try the full FMSA reinstall. Correct on the Apache version front.

Any other way to get someone else to chime in on this?
