Hi,

Is there any way to set up a layout (for Guest/Read Only access) that would default into FIND mode when a Guest logs in via IWP? We want our users to be able to check the status of their support request tickets themselves, but not necessarily browse around our DB.

Also, is it possible to have the Status Area be toggled off by default?

My users aren't terribly tech-literate and the less they have to deal with the better.

Solved by problem by (duh!) creating a search page with the PHP Site Assistant.
