Filemaker Pro Advanced 9.0v1

Windows Vista Home Premium

When I try to turn on IWP, I get this message:

filemaker cannot share files over the Web because of a port number conflict.

I tried 80, obviously, 591 and about 2 dozen others.... the message stays the same. I tried it with my routher and with a straight connection to the DSL modem.....
