IWP How To Tutorial

Can anyone suggest a really good tutorial and sample files for IWP?

My original web site was done in Cold Fusion using SQL 2000 as my database. My SQL server crashed beyond all recognition and the data was not recoverable. So all my database links are gone. Subsequently, my web site is useless. I'd like to build a new web site and have FM as my back end.

I am open to all suggestions,
