Possible to center objects in IWP?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to have objects center/ resize themselves in a web browser using IWP? I have IWP producing a webpage that can be found here:

I would love to have the objects stay in the middle of the browser window as the browser is resized. I have tried removing all anchors and just placing anchors on the left and right of objects, but no luck.
