No but you can use an opener file or a shortcut to the file that you want.

Where do I find opener file? Would a shortcut as in a alias work pinned in the dock? I will try the Alias now but I am more interested in this opener file!

Thanks!

An opener file is a simple filemaker database that only has a script that runs when you open the file. So you could create this "opener file" and make a script in that file that opens your desired database.

The ability to run a script on startup is located under the "File" menu in "File Options". You will either need to create a new "Data Source" to the desired file or you will need to use the open URL script step and use the URL scheme to open the filemaker file.

Keep in mind that you will still need to open the opener file for this to work. Unfortunately there is no "Filemaker Way" of setting a default database file to open when the program itself is launched.
