IWP Running but "Page not found?"

Hi .. I am new to FMP ..well, scratch that .. I'm on the less experienced side of new .. My main job is managing the FMPro server and there in lies the problem.

The server works fine .. clients connect and all is well. We have a couple IWP DBs ... "look up" type things that have been growing popular. They were working and all of a sudden I go to hit the page and get a Page not found. I look in the console and start & stop IWP and that seems to think all is OK... but I cannot access anything via IWP.

SOOOO ... the question to you knowledgeable type is can anyone steer me toward more info on IWP? The console sort of says "turn it on, turn it off" ... there must be some config files someplace that refer to ports & that sort of thing (which is almost the way it looks .. like it's using a port I don't know and therefore am addressing the wrong area...
